Our beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2013, in Salt Lake City, at the age of 96. Lenore was born on Nov. 23, 1916, to Gertrude Jackson Cook and Joseph Albert Casper.

She grew up in Utah and married Mardan Daniel Perkins on August 8, 1946. Lenore will be remembered by all who knew her for her kindness, her beautiful smile, and her constant desire to be of service to others. She served many faithful years in the primary and loved her work there.

Lenore is survived by her two children Kathleen (Keith) Warner & Carol Ann of Salt Lake City; her grandchildren Ryan (Angela) Warner, Tamara Coburn, Jason Warner, Shalene (Clayton) Larson; & four great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband & 13 brothers and sisters.

We wish to thank all of the wonderful staff at Woodland Park and Bristol Hospice, for their patient and loving care of mom over the past six years. They were a tremendous help in making mom's final days more comfortable.
