Frank Elstro, of 126 S. J St., aged 68 years, father of Officer Elstro, died on Tuesday from the effects of a hepatic tumor. He was born in Germany but has been a resident of Richmond for 40 years, working at his trade of stone masonry. He was well known and was much respected by our citizens. His wife, Louise survives him, also two brothers. The funeral occurred Friday morning from St. Andrew's Catholic Church.
