MRS. PEARL MYERS BURIED AT GREENSBURG TODAY: DEATH CAME IN ILLINOIS

Mrs. Pearl Myers, widow of the late Glen H Myers of Greensburg, died early Tuesday morning Mar 29 1960 at the Passavant Hospital in Jacksonville, Ill. at the age of 70 years.

The body will be brought by the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home Hearse of here to Greensburg to the Baptist Church, and services will be there at 2 o'clock this afternoon, conducted by the Rev J S Laws of Memphis. Burial will be in the Greensburg cemetery where Mr. Myers who died Jun 10 1953 was buried.

Two daughters are left, Marguerite, Mrs. J Allen Biggs of Jacksonville and Glendora, Mrs. Jack Henry, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, both of whom Mrs. Myers made her home with since the death of her husband. Also surviving are three sisters, Katherine, Mrs Fred Pettit of Baring, Bessie, Mrs. Ross Parrish of Rutledge and Jennie, Mrs Clarence Baker of Jacksonville and two grandchildren.

Mrs. Myers was born Aug 13, 1889, at Greensburg a daughter of the late Francis S and Lillian B Asberry Fetters. As Miss Minnie Pearl Fetters she was married Jan 5 1908 to Mr Myers.

A member of the Baptist Church, Mrs Myers was preceded in death by a sister, Lydia, Mrs William Slocum and a brother Lewis Fetters.
