Elnora was the second of five daughters born to Daniel M. and Emma G. (Allred) Kivett. She married John Jacob Lineberry in 1929 and they were the parents of four children Geneva Estelle, Betty Lee, Nancy and John Wesley.

LIBERTY - Elnora "Nora" Kivett Lineberry, 95, of 4955 Ramseur-Julian Road, died, Tuesday, April 1, 2003, at her home.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Grays Chapel United Methodist Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Doug Miller officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
She was a native of Randolph County and the widow of John J. Lineberry.
Surviving are daughters, Betty L. Johnson, Nancy L. Braxton, both of Liberty; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
The family will be at Loflin Funeral Home, Liberty, 7-9 p.m. Thursday,other times at the home of Betty Johnson, 4955 Ramseur-Julian Road, Liberty.
Memorials may be made to Grays Chapel United Methodist Church, 5056 N.C.22 North, Franklinville, N.C. 27248 or Hospice of Randolph, P.O. Box 9,Asheboro, N.C. 27204-0009.
