Services for Mrs. Frances Boughton Rudgers, 77, former Perry resident, were held from the Conrad Funeral Home on Tuesday afternoon. Rev. Charles S. Scott of LaGrange Baptist Church officiated. Interment was in Hope Cemetery.
Mrs. Rudgers, whose death occurred suddenly at her home in Hamburg on Saturday, Dec. 27, was the widow of the late Dr. D. W. Rudgers of Perry. She was born in Perry in 1870, a daughter of John and Minnie Lapham Boughton. Survivors include on sister, Mrs. Elsie Watson of California.
