FEDERALSBURG—Funeral services for Miss Effie Alford, 80, of Federalsburg, will be held here Monday at 2 p.m. in the Framptom Funeral Home.
Born in Caroline County and a resident of the Federalsburg area most of her life, Miss Alford died Friday in the House-in-the-Pines Nursing Home, Easton. She had been a patient for about three weeks.
The Rev. Conrad Cohen, pastor of Christ Methodist Church here, will officiate. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Several nieces and nephews are her only survivors….
