RETIRED COAL MINER DIES IN PERRY CO.

Walter Braglin, 62, of Crooksville, Route 2, died at noon Saturday at his home after an illness of four months.
Mr. Braglin was a retired coal miner and was born at Wellston, the son of Solomon and Mary Elizabeth Braglin.
He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Church of Christ in Christon Union.
Survivors include his widow, Florice; seven daughters, Mrs. Lorence McDonald and Mrs. Larita Jerles of Dover, Mrs. Gladys Ross and Mrs. Donna Watts of Crooksville, Mrs. Lillian Hammers of Thornville, and Linda and Barbara of the home; four sons, Virgil and Emmett of the home, Vern of Glouster, and Walter Jr., of Crooksville; 20 grandchildren; three brothers and three sisters.
The body was removed to the Carl W. Hermey funeral home at Corning where friends may call. At 10 a.m. Monday the body will be taken to the residence.
Services will be held at the Church of Christ at Rose Farm with Rev. William Ross officiating. Burial will be in the Trimble cemetery.
