Mr. Perkins died Tuesday, August 21, 1990 at Bossier Medical Center in Shreveport. He retired after 27 years of employment with the L. E. Myers Electric Company in Shreveport and was a member of the Local E.W.B.A.
He is survived by his wife, Miriam Perkins of Shreveport; two daughters, Reba Mondello of Hall Summit, LA and Glenda Sue Snead of Shreveport, LA; two sons, Shelton L. Perkins of Keithville, LA and Harvey Lynn Perkins of White Oaks, TX; two brothers, M. J. Perkins of Hall Summit, LA and Troy Perkins of Vivian, LA; two sisters, Gracie Myers and Vera Giddens both of Haynesville, LA; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
