Leora Hostetler, 98, Garrett, died Feb. 23, 2005, at Beverly Healthcare, Meyersdale. Born July 23, 1906, in Garrett, a daughter of the late Urias and Anna (Shumaker) Burkholder. Also preceded in death by her husband, August Hostetler; five sons: Edward, George, Harold, Donald and James; three brothers and five sisters. Survived by her daughter, Shirley A. Decker, Garrett. Also seven grandchildren, six great- grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Price Funeral Home Meyersdale, where a service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday. The Rev. Ralph Hamer officiating. Interment at Center Church Cemetery. Arrangements by the William Rowe Price Funeral Home Inc., Meyersdale
