Married Hazel Hada in Rockford, June 9, 1925. Tool and die maker at Greenlee Brothers for 40 Years. Member of Messiah Lutheran Church, the Moose Lodge and Masonic lodge 1145, Loves Park. Survivors include his wife, Hazel; two daughters, Jane (Richard) Brogren, Rockford, and Joan Carlson, Janesville, Wis; Son, Roger (Pat) Allen, South Beloit; 12 grandchildren; 16 Great-Grandchildren; sister, Mabel Himbert, Rockford; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents, daughter, Donna Sheatz and three brothers, Harry, Raymond and Elmer.
