Graveside services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 20, in Greenview Cemetery.
A native of Darlington, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Dr. Andrew Tazewell Baird and Eugenia Henry Baird and had lived in Reidsville most of her life. Mrs. Giles was a home maker, the oldest member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church, and a member of the DAR.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William M. "Billy" Giles; her brother, Joel Baird and by her sister, Virginia B. Coldiron.
Surviving are daughters, Emily B. Giles of the home, Barbara G. McGuire and husband, John of Cheverly, Md.; grandchildren, Andrea McGuire, Bill McGuire, and Sean McGuire.
The family will see friends at the home, and immediately following the service at the Pipkin Parlor at St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
