Services for Oscar Enloe "Pony" Bedwell were Wednesday at the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church with the Revs. James Moody and Connie Burton officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery with Reed's Chapel in charge.
Mr. Bedwell, who was 92, died Monday night at the Lexington Methodist Hospital after a long illness. He was a lifelong resident of Lexington, a retired Milan Army Ammunition Plant employee and a Baptist.
He leaves a daughter, Mrs. Nellie Moody of Lexington; 32 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Married Pearl Davis on March 19, 1910, Henderson Co, TN.
