Robert B. Abbey Jr., died unexpectedly Sunday at his home, 330 Gibson St. A native of the Town of Richmond, he was born Oct. 27, 1889, the son of the late Robert B. and Minnie Hilliard Abbey, He is survived by his wife, the former Florence Latter of Naples; a daughter, Mrs. J. Alden, of Canandaigua; four sons, Leland of Whitney Point, Gerald of Livonia, Robert W. of Lima and Stuart of East Henrietta; 15 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; Two sisters, Mrs. Frank Faring of Honeoye and Mrs. Milton Munson Sr. of Canandaigua; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be conducted at Ihe convenience of Ihe immediate family. Friends who wish may contribute to the Heart Fund in memory of Mr. Abbey. The Kennedy and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
