The dates on this headstone (Mar 24 1900 - Nov 16 1940) do not agree with her death certificate nor obituary; but I believe this to be the same person. The inscription "Wife of E.L. Cloninger" and that her obituary gives place of burial as Clubb Creek Cemetery are my basis for this assumption.

Daughter of Thomas Andrew Jackson Eaker and Lucinda 'Jane' (Ford) Fowler Eaker.
Married William Irving Gaines 06/Jan/1914 at Bollinger Co., MO. He died about 1918.
Married second to William Edgar Green 10/Feb/1921 at Bollinger Co., MO.

She died at SouthEast MO hospital; with usual residence Greebrier, MO.

Per MO Death certificate #28765; burial 27/Aug/1939.
