VIRGINIA ZUBIK
Virginia Zubik Drambel from Pittsburgh, PA passed on March 4th in Palm Beach Gardens, FL at the age of 83. She was the daughter of Charles and Bessie Zubik. Virginia was the devoted wife of William J. Drambel for 45 years. She leaves behind 7 children and spouses, Kim/Bob Hrubes, Denise/David Virgara, Bill/Kathy Drambel, Danielle/Bill Ward, Karen/Steve Franks, Virginia/Bachir El-Kassis and Ed/Maurie Drambel; 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The Zubik family owned and operated the Zubik Towing Fleet that was docked at the now Clemente Park. She and her brother Charles Zubik owned Atlas Concrete on the North Side. Virginia and her husband owned and operated DHS Security. Virginia was an avid golfer at Chartiers Country Club and was the women's club champion. Virginia leaves a great legacy. She had wonderful friends who golfed, vacationed and played cards together. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family. Memorial services shall be at St. Bernard's Catholic Church at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 11th in Pittsburgh, PA.
