Mrs. Tincher was born to Jacob and Nellie Hoopingardner Hobson. She was a homemaker and a member of Medora Pentecostal Church. She died on Wednesday at Westview Manor Nursing Home.
Survivors include three sons, Gerald "Jerry", David and Dean, three daughters, Jeanie, Linda and Connie. Twenty grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two sisters, Cynthia Sanders and Lucille Baker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse L., two sons Lee Von and Leo, and a daughter, Judy K. Perry, and one brother.
Services will be Friday at the Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home.
