PIONEER MATRON DIES AT PALOUSE

PALOUSE, Wash., Feb. 25-(Special)-Palouse lost another of her pioneers Sunday when funeral services were conducted for Mrs. Sarah J. Stevens who was 77 years of age, had resided here 58 years. She passed away Friday. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Laura Smith, French Gulch, Cal., and a son.
