BENNETT - Ada Hussey Maness, 72 , of Pleasant Grove Church Road, passed away Sunday, April 15, 2007, at her home.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, at Pleasant Grove Christian Church where she was a member with Rev. Mark Strickland officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Maness was a Randolph County native and was retired from Acme-McCrary Hosiery in Asheboro.
Survivors are her husband, Barney C. Maness of the home; daughter, Patsy Hussey Garner and husband, Dale of Robbins; mother, Gladys Ward Leonard of Asheboro; step-son, Wayne Maness and wife, Marjorie of Bennett; step-daughter, Tammy Wilson and husband Steve, of Vass; sisters, Shirley Leonard of Asheboro and Nancy Hayes of Erect; brothers, Charles Leonard of Norfolk, Va. and Raymond Leonard of Asheboro; six step-grandchildren, and four step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. tonight at Joyce-Brady Chapel in Bennett.
