Alyosius Hemler, a highly respected citizen of Mount Pleasant township, died Feb. 11, at 9 a.m. of gangrene of the foot. Mr. Hemler, who was aged 80 years and 4 months, was born in the same house in which he died.
He is survived by five daughters and one son. Four of the daughters are married, the othe Miss Annie Hemler resides at home.
The funeral was held Saturday at 9a.m. services and interment at Conewago Chapel, Rev. Father Haltermeyer officiating.
