Funeral services for Hattie Buchanan, 93, of Rosenberg, will be held 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Garmany and Carden Chapel in Rosenberg. Buchanan died Sunday at Southwest Memorial Hospital in Houston.
She is survived by three daughters, Thelma Malone, Luella Scheffer, both of Rosenberg, and Velma Fisher, Liberty; five sons, Vernon Buchanan, Perrryton, Warner Buchanan, Rosenberg, Bill Buchanan, Bay City, W.A. Buchanan, Alice, and Robert Buchanan, Austin; three sisters, Beulah Whitehead, Port Lavaca, Mamie Hendershot and Ruby Ramzinsky, both of Gonzales; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Funeral services are under the direction of Garmany and Carden Funeral Directors, Rosenberg.
