CANDOR - Dorothy B. Schooley, 79, of Candor, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2010.
Dot was predeceased by her parents, Russell and Allie Moshier; husband, Carl Schooley; daughter, Linda Scott; two brothers, Jim Moshier and Leon "Pert" Moshier; special friend, Charles Anderson.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Louise and Rick Lattin; four grandchildren, Jim Scott, Shawn (Billie Jo) Scott, Tammy (Lenny) Howe, Tina (Steve) Daddona; nine great-grandchildren, Kyle, Desiree, Ashley, Elizabeth, Zachary, Ethan, Carson, Alyvia, Porter; three sisters and brother-in-law, Virginia "Ginny" Millage, Charlotte Cornwell, Patricia and Tom Stamp; brother, Carlton "Cork" Moshier; several nieces, nephews, cousins; special niece, Annette (Jeff) Updyke; special friend, Dawn Carlyle.
Dot loved her family dearly and over the years she became "Aunt Dot" to many children she cared for. The family would like to extend their special thanks and appreciation to Lourdes Hospice for the loving care they gave to Mom/Grandma/Mema, especially Linda, Heather, Rhonda and our angel, Marie.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, July 26, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. at Maple Grove Cemetery, Candor with the Rev. Phil Jordan officiating.
