Funeral services for Louis Pearl Raiden, age 91, of Honey Grove Nursing Center, who died Tuesday, January 26, 1993 at Northeast Medical Center in Bonham are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, January 28, 1993, conducted by Cooper-Sorrells of Honey Grove. Rev. Scott Mackey will officiate. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Honey Grove.

Louis Pearl Raiden was born June 4, 1901, daughter of Willie D. Baker and Beulah V. Hilliard.

She married John M. Raiden February 26, 1925 in Honey Grove.

She was owner and operator of a hardware store in Ladonia for many years. Member of Main Street Presbytrian Church in Honey Grove.

She is preceded in death by her husband, June 14, 1972.

Survivors include 1 daughter, Virginia Mae Leslie of Grove City, Florida; 1 son, Billy Raiden of Plano; 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday morning 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Louis Pearl Raiden, 91, a resident of Honey Grove Nursing Center, died Tuesday morning, January 26, 1993 at Northeast Medical Center in Bonham.

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Raiden were held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 28, 1993 at Oakwood Cemetery in Honey Grove. Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home of Honey Grove was in charge of arrangements. The services were conducted by the Rev. Scott Mackey, minister of Main Street Presbyterian Church in Honey Grove.

Mrs. Raiden was born June 4, 1901 in Honey Grove, a daughter of Willie D. Baker and Beulah V. Hillard.

She married John M. Raiden on February 26, 1925 in Honey Grove. He preceded her in death June 14, 1972.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Main Street Presbyterian Church in Honey Grove. She was owner and operator of a hardware supply store in Ladonia several years prior to her retirement.

She is survived by one daughter, Virginia Mae Leslie of Grove City, Florida; one son, Billy J. Raiden of Plano; four grandchildren and three-great-grandchildren.
