Willie Justice, 82, of Martin, died Tuesday, July 17, at Our Lady of the Way Hospital.
Born December 5 1896 in Langley, he was a son of the late Green and Artie Frasure Justice. He was a retired miner.
Survivors inciude his wife Mrs. Betty Patton Justice: two sons, Claude Justice of Lexington and VernonJustice, of Stanton: one daughter, Mrs.Stella Mae Crisp, of Columbus, Ga.; a brother, Sim Justice, of Allen; a sister Miss Lizzie Justice, of Utica, Ohio, eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren -Funeral services were conducted at 10 Friday in the chapel Hall Brothers Funeral Home by ministers of the Regular Baptist Church.

Gravesite Details
Originally buried in the Martin Community Cemetery and was later relocated to the Davidson Memorial Gardens Cemetery in1983.
