John Rappel, Aged 57, Dies at Family Home
John Rappel, 57, passed away Sunday noon at the family home, 1009 South 20th street, of a complication of diseases.
The deceased was born at Cato June 24, 1871 and has been a resident here for a little over two years where he has lived a retired life.
He is survived by his widow, his mother, Mrs. Francis Rappel of Mount Hope, Kansas, four daughters, Mrs. George Van DeYacht, Kaukauna, Mrs. Wm. Webers, Clara and Alice Rappel of this city, two sons, Joseph of Cato and Frank of this city, two sisters, Mrs. Jos. Burish of Clarks Mills and Mrs. W. Meyer of Andale, Kan., and four brothers, Joseph, of Towahawk (sic), Peter of Antigo, Martin of Andale and George of Mount Houpe (sic), Kansas.
Burial will take place from St. Mary's church at Clarks Mills Wednesday morning at ten o'clock with interment there.
