She was born on August 3, 1940 in Ogdensburg, NY, the daughter of Stanley and Virginia Kiah Breen. She graduated from OFA in 1960. She married Joseph J. Wilmot on December 30, 1960. She worked for R. P. MacDonald and later for Paul Fournier Realty in Massena. She then started Wilmot Realty as a broker until her retirement.
She was a member of the St. Lawrence County Realtors Association. She enjoyed spending time at their camp on Cranberry Lake, spending time with her grandchildren, visiting casinos and playing bingo.
She was survived by her husband, Joseph; two daughters, Virginia Rickett and her husband, Jeffery and Mary Whitney and her husband, Kevin; a brother, William Breen and his wife, Shelley; five grandchildren, Lindsay and Andy Rickett, Judy Whitney, Justin Place, and Cassandra Willard. She was predeceased by a son, Joseph, on March 13, 1993.
