Sophia Wortman was born at Ruskin, Nebr., April 1893, and died Sunday morning, November 13, 1927, at the age of thirty-four years, seven months and eleven days. She leaves to mourn her death her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Wortman, one brother, Henry, three sisters, Minnie Bokenkamp, Katie Windhorst, and Anna Merritt of Los Angeles, Cal.
Funeral services were held at the home at one-thirty Monday, and at the St. Mark's Lutheran church (sic) by Rev. Wittig at two o'clock.
Sophia leaves besides her relatives, a host of friends for to know her was to love her. - Communicated.
