Roger E. Estill

Roger E. Estill, 76, of Marshall died Friday, December 25 at Fitzgibbon Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 1:30p.m., Sunday, December 27 in the chapel of the Sweeney-Reser Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 tonight at the funeral home.

The family suggests memorials to the First Christian Church of Marshall or the Diabetic Assn.

He was born Sept. 16, 1905, in Howard County, the son of the late Ennis and Callie McCrary Estill. Sept. 12, 1940, he was married to Lorraine Vaught at Carrollton, and she survives the home.

He was a member of the First Christian Church and for a number of years operated and owned Estill's Taxi.

Surviving besides his wife, are two sons, Charles Estill of Concordia, Cleo Estill of St. Peter's, MO.; a daughter, Mrs. Wayne (Jonell) Fizer of Oak Grove; ten grandchildren; two brothers, Haymaker Estill of Salisbury, Raymond Estill of Marshall; and a sister, Mrs. Eva Newman of Marshall.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters.
