Samuel McKean
Samuel McKean aged 84, of Parkers Landing, R. D. 4. died at the home of his son, Charles McKean, yesterday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock after a lingering illness.
Mr. McKean lived in Butler county all of his life, and he was member of the Eau Claire Methodist Church.
He leaves his wife, Martha Louise; five sons, Charles and Michael E., Parkers Landing, R. D. 4, Frank S., West Sunbury, R. D. 2. Joseph E. Sharpsville, and John M., Grove City, R. D. 2; seventeen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the home of Charles McKean at Parkers Landing, R. D. 4, after noon today.
Services will be at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon in charge of the Rev. C. C. Headland. Interment will be at the New Hope cemetery.
