Obituary for Gehard (From Funeral Card): "Gerhard Victor Larson, the son of Martin and Martha (Lonning) Larson, was born near Thor. He moved with his parents to Estherville and later to Minnesota, where he grew to adulthood. He was employed in tiling work in Humboldt County for many years and then worked at the Bayse Hatchery until his retirement. He made his home in Humboldt for 45 years and passed away there suddenly on the evening of December 16, at the age of 86 years. Mr Larson was the last member of a large family of brothers and sisters. He is survived by his nieces and nephews and his friend and companion, Grace Forberg."
