Henry Pageler Passes Away Last Thursday

Henry Pageler, who had lived his entire life in the Winnetoon community, died at the Plainview hospital Thursday, Sept. 26. Funeral services were held at the Creighton Methodist church Sunday afternoon and burial was in Cedar Hill cemetery. The Rev. J. R. Rayborne officiated at the rites.

He had been in ill health for the past four years and had made his home with his sister and brother.

Henry Pageler was born May 16, 1881 at the home place near Winnetoon, a son of John and Dorothy Pageler. He was baptized in 1883 in the Lutheran church of Bazile Mills. His parents, three brothers and one sister preceded him in death.

Surviving are one sister, Mary and four brothers, William, Louis, Jack and Paul Pageler.
