John Koss, 21, of Many, died Sunday, May 14, at 1:45 p.m., from a boating accident on Toledo Lake.
Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 10 a.m., in the St. John Catholic Church, with the Msgr. J. T. Lennon officiating. Burial was in the St. John Cemetery, under the direction of Warren MeadowsFuneral Home.
Rosary was said at 7:30 p.m. Monday, in the Warren Meadows Chapel.
Survivors are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Koss of Many; four brothers, Tommy, George, and Peter of Many, and Marion Koss of Houston; four sisters, Mrs. Roselia Hanna, Veronica, Marguerite, and Bonnie Koss, all of Many.
Pallbearers were Don Mizell, Dennis Rains, Johnny Campbell, David Seegers, Raymond Leach, Jerry Koss, Danny Derrick, and Gary Norsworthy.
Honorary Pallbearers were Thomas Remedies, Jimmy Morvan, Raymond Harper, Johnny Jamison, Keith Foster, Charlie Remedies, Jack Smith, and Cade Leach.
