He was born in Port Byron and had resided in Skaneateles for 40 years. He was the husband of Mary Weeks Martin whi died in 1967. He was a retired farmer. Mr. Martin was a member of the Fosterville Church in Fosterville.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Edward (Mildred) Dean of Auburn; a sister, Harriet Chapin of Auburn; three grandsons; three great grandchildren; a niece and a nephew. Services were Wednesday at the Robert D. Gray Funeral Home, Skaneateles, the Rev. Gary Hall officiating. Burial was in Lakeview Cemetery, Skaneateles. Contributions may be made to the Mercy Health & Rehabilitation Center Education Fund.
