Harry Bunny Yount, 75, of Waveland died at 2:35 a.m. Thursday March 19, 1964 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ruth Beasy in Monon. He had been seriously ill for 10 days prior to his death. he was born Oct 20, 1888, in Waveland, son of Mort and Sarah Nicholson Yount. He was married to Charlotte Britton and spent most of his life in the Waveland community. Mr. Yount was a retired bridge inspector with Pennsylvania RR and had been employed with them 43 years. Survivors include Mrs. Beasy and two other daughters, Mrs. Helen Weaver and Mrs. Alice Jester; a son, Joseph; a sister, Mrs. Nellie McNeeley; 11 grandchildren and a great grandchild. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Machledt & Servies Funeral Home with Rev. Lester Miles officiating; burial in Old Union Cemetery.
