Mr. Jackson, 76, died Nov. 16, 2003, at University Medical Center in Jackson. He was born in Louisiana on Feb. 15, 1927, to Robert Clifford Jackson and Julia Johnson Jackson.
He was a retired clerk with Western Auto in Monticello. He was a Master Mason with the Monticello Lodge, and a member of the Baptist faith.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife; a sister, Edna Letchworth; and two brothers, Edgar and Shelton.
Survivors are his son, Bill Jackson of Vicksburg; his sister, Virginia Broome of Prentiss; his brothers, Enos Jackson of Monticello, and Harold Jackson of Silver Creek; and two grandchildren
