Chloe was the seventh of 12 children born to John Willis Richards and Maggie Reid. A lifelong resident of Magna, she graduated from Cyprus High School in 1950. She married Keith in Salt Lake Temple on May 23, 1951, and was employed for many years at Hercules as a phone operator and secretary. She met some of her dearest friends at Hercules and over the years that she and Keith traveled with friends in Ute Salt Shakers. She was the life of the party, a social butterfly with quick wit and positive outlook. She loved to cook, sew, boat and camp, but most of all she enjoyed being a wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Spencer 4th Ward and served many capacities, her favorite being the compassionate service leader. Survivors beside Keith included: children Byron (Bertha), Brent (Babette), Brooke (John) Ziakas, Brenda (Michael) Tuttle, and Bethany; brothers Dale and Joe; and 19 grandchildren. Preceding were son Brad, grandson Jonathon, four sisters and five brothers. Funeral services held March 7th at Magna Central Stake 8181 W. Breeze Drive.
