Graveside service will, be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Level Cross United Methodist Church Cemetery.
He was a native of Randolph County, a retired farmer and a veteran of World War II, serving in the European Theater.
Surviving are wife, Annie Gayle Toomes Millikan of the home; sons, Randy Millikan of the home, Rodney Millikan of Randleman; daughters, Elizabeth M. McCain, Catherine M. Strader, both of Randleman; sisters, Geneva Hinshaw of Asheboro, Joyce Grant of Taylorsville; brothers, Frank Millikan, Tommy Millikan, both of Randleman.
The family will be at Loflin Funeral Home, Liberty, 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, other times at the home of Elizabeth McCain, Branson Mill Road, Randleman.
