Funeral Services Held of Jim Nash
Jim Nash, age 76, passed away Thursday, September 15 in an Alexandria Hospital after a long illness.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 17 at the Fellowship Baptist Church with Rev. Joe Pace and Rev. D.B. Tullos conducting. Interment was in the Fellowship Cemetery under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
Mr. Nash was a life-long resident of Jackson Parish and a retired farmer.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mattie Nash of Quitman; three daughters, Mrs. Nola McQueen and Mrs. Verda Pardue, both of Tioga; Mrs. Opal Wilkerson, Beaumont, Texas; a son, Crosby Nash, Leesville; a brother, Eli Nash, Jonesboro; and several grandchildren.
