Margie V. Bowers, 92, National Lutheran Home, Rockville, Md., died Saturday, April 26, 1997.
Ms. Bowers was born Aug. 10, 1904, in Rockingham County and had lived in Richmond.
She is survived by a sister, Mildred Edwards, a resident at the National Lutheran Home, Rockville, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She had been a deputy clerk at Rockingham County Circuit Court for over 40 years.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. today at the National Lutheran Home Chapel, 9701 Veirs Dr., Rockville, Md.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. today at the chapel.
Burial will be noon Saturday at Woodbine Cemetery in Harrisonburg.
Memorial donations may be made to the National Lutheran Home, Rockville, Md. 20850.
Arrangements are by the Hysong Funeral Home, Washington, D.C.
