He had three brothers - Dominic, Anthony and Michael. I believe they all lived in Norwood, MA and are all deceased.
Louis was an insurance agent for many years. After his wife's death, he moved to Florida. He also re-married twice, I believe. I don't recall his second wife's name, but think the third's name was Marie. They both pre-deceased him.
I only saw him once or twice a year when he came to visit for the holidays. He was very nice. He had just lost his third wife and was planning to move back to Massachusetts, when he died in his sleep. I was 11 years old at the time.
His was the first funeral I had ever been to. My mom asked me how he looked, and I responded that he looked good. Well, I had never seen a dead person before, so to me, he did look good. I don't know what I expected, but know I didn't expect him to just look like he was sleeping peacefully.
Goodnight Grampa. May you rest in peace.
Love,
Susan
