Dr. Bruce Foster, 63, a doctor who specialized in end-of-life care and his wife were involved in a murder-suicide.
Dr. Foster was chairman of ethics at Thomas Memorial Hospital and worked with the West Virginia Center for End-of-Life Care. He wrote a book, "Death and Dying, or Can You Love Me Enough to Let Me Go," and helped produce a DVD, "Facing Your Future."
A memorial service was held March 25, 2013, at Thomas Memorial Hospital Pavillion.
