Tom is the son of Ransom Moore and Henrietta Jane Sharp-Moore-Hunt. On his father's memorial there is a fantastic historical write up of Tom's dad and family.

On his death certificate, his nephew was the informant and mistakenly gave his own fathers given name and place of birth.

Tom's middle name may have been Henry.

Tom was buried on 15 Nov 1932

Tom married Henrietta Beatrice Goins on 24 June 1897 in Kingston, New Mexico.

They had a tumultuous marriage that eventually ended in divorce.
