VEAL, William F. "Blackle" 88, of Dayton passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 16, 2005 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was preceded in death by his daughter Deonne Price in 2001. He is survived by wife Freda and his grandsons Frederick E. England. Jr. of Dayton, Derrick (Trisha) England of Springboro, and William (Lisa) England of Jamestown, 10 greatgrandchildren and 8 great-greatgrandchildren. Blackie was a member of Union Iron Workers Local 290 for over 55 years. Funeral services will be 10 AM Saturday, March 19, 2005 at Tobias Funeral Home, East Third St. Chapel, 1817 E. Third St. Pastor Mike Kildal officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5 PM until 8 PM at the funeral home.
