His hobbies included darts, pool, computers, reading and writing, watching baseball and football, and he coached t-ball.
Mr. LaPier is survived by his wife of 31 years, Dianna LaPier (nee Bachmann), his children; James LaPier and his wife Erin of Pasadena, Sheila LaPier of Pasadena, Nicole LaPier of Pasadena, Tony LaPier of Glen Burnie, Tracy LaPier of Glen Burnie, and Steven LaPier of Pasadena, and his 3 grandchildren.
