I may be mistaken and he may have been taken home to Indiana to be buried next to his wife Belle at St. John's cemetery in Loogootee. He was the lot owner there, but is not listed in their cemetery listing as is "Bell". It is noted on his death certificate that he died at General Hospital in Cincinnati, and burial to be at St. John's. It didn't indicate an out of state burial, but may have been.
