Minnie Rice, 86, of Salem Church Road, Campbellsville, died Tuesday, July 12, 1994, at Taylor County Hospital after an illness. She was the daughter of the late Luther Harding Campbell and Mary Cave Campbell of Taylor County. Rice was a housewife and a member of Salem Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vester Rice in 1965. Rice is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, James and Janice Rice of Campbellsville; one grandson, James E. Rice of Campbellsville; and one brother, Jeff Campbell Sr. of Campbellsville. Funeral was at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 14, 1994, at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Brookside Cemetery. The Rev. Tim Najpaver officiated. Pallbearers were D.H.
