I suspect this is the grave of my Gr. Grandfather, John Donnermeyer. I believe he was buried here next to his wife, Anna Kahoun Donnermeyer. He was born to Mathias and Elizabeth Kogl Donnermeyer in June 1873 in what is now Janossomorja, Hungary and died 06 April 1906 of lead poisoning from working in the smelters in Omaha, NE.
His wife Anna preceded him in death by 6 months. They left two orphaned children behind, Mathew John Donnermeyer and Virginia Philomene Donnermeyer. The Donnermeyer and Kahoun families did not get along. Since John is not buried with the Donnermeyer family at St. Mary's Cemetery, I believe he rests here with his wife Anna Kahoun Donnermeyer and her mother, Anna Stuchlik Kahoun. Note the small gravestones on either side of the larger one in the center, one states Anna and one states John.
