They are the parents of Lewis Ross Washburn (1928-2009), Lois [Washburn] Ballard (1928-2011), Jay D Washburn (1930-2007), Dale Cleon Washburn (1931-2005), Klea [Washburn] Bowers (1932-), Hugh Thompson Washburn (1935-2004), Carol Washburn (1945-1958) and Judy Washburn. She died 18 September 1982.
