Obituary: Many Bayfielders were grieved today to learn of the death of Jacob Hadlund, Sr., which occurred at five o'clock this morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Marie Dyrness. Mr. Hadlund had been ill about two weeks. Mr, Hadlund was born in Norway and came to this country fifteen years ago, coming direct to Bayfield and has resided here ever since. At the time of his death he was eighty one years of age. To mourn his death he leaves three sons, O. Hadlund of Bayfield, Jacob and Thomas, who reside in Alaska, and one daughter living in this city, Mrs. Dyrness. These sorrowing relatives the Press and its readers extend heartfelt sympathy to. Funeral will be held from the home of Mrs. Dryness at two o'clock Sunday afternoon with services at the Norwegian Lutheran church.
