On January 6, 1951, he married Genevieve Milton in Signal Hill, California.
Bob served with the United States Naval Reserves. He worked for Federal Paper Board. Most recently he held employment as a Bailiff with the Grundy County Sheriff's Office.
He was a parishioner of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Morris. Bob was also a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents; son Dr. Robert Haldorson; wife Genevieve; brothers: Howard, Charles, Raymond, John , Clyde and George and sister Elsie Skubic.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Morris.
Funeral services and arrangements have been made under the direction and care of Reeves Funeral Homes, Ltd. in Morris.
