Bob served with the United States Naval Reserves. He worked for Federal Paper Board. Most recently he held employment as a Bailiff with the Grundy County Sheriff's Office.
He was a parishioner of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Morris. Bob was also a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents; son Dr. Robert Haldorson; wife Genevieve; brothers: Howard, Charles, Raymond, John , Clyde and George and sister Elsie Skubic.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Morris.
