Mary Ann was the third of seven children born to Bernard KONOPACKI and Matilda ZOROMSKI.

She was married to Leo GLODOWSKI on November 24th, 1909 at the Sacred Heart Church, in Polonia, WI.

Their children together were:

Eleanore H., Valerian B. "Vilas", John J., Stanley, Henrietta R. "Hattie", Mary Ann "Minnie", Clarence, Caroline T., Robert and Donald J. GLODOWSKI.

Mary Ann died one day after her husband's death.

Mrs. Leo Glodowski, 76, 416 Union St., whose husband died Tuesday, died at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday at the Portage County Infirmary.

Double funeral services for the couple will be held Friday morning at 9 o'clock at St. Peter's Catholic Church, with burial following in Guardian Angel Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Kzikoski Funeral Home.

Mrs. Glodowski had been in ill health the last six years and was hospitalized a number of times in Stevens Point, Marshfield and Milwaukee.

She entered the Infirmary April 20.

Born in the Town of Sharon July 7, 1886, she was the former Mary Konopacki, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Konopacki. Her marriage to Mr. Glodowski took place more than 53 years ago, on Nov. 24, 1909, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Polonia.

They made their home in Stevens Point, and Mr. Glodowski was employed here by the Copps Co. before his retirement in 1953.

Mrs. Glodowski is survived by six sons, Vilas, 216 5th Ave., John, 803 Washington Ave., Stanley, Town of Linwood, Clarence, 537 Briggs St., Robert, Indianapolis, Ind., and Donald, Milwaukee; four daughters, Mrs. Harold (Eleanor) Fors, Jackson, Mich., Mrs. Edward (Hattie) Worzalla, 536 Strongs Ave., Mrs. Roman (Mary Ann) Cooper, 420 Simonis St., and Mrs. Jospeh (Carol) Frymark Jr., 410 Brawley St., 38 grandchildren, and 12 great -grandchildren.

Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Antonette Smaglick and Mrs. Helen Ropella, Milwaukee; two half- sisters, Mrs. William (Leona) Haendel and Miss Florence Stanislawski, Milwaukee, and a brother, Joseph Konopacki, Manitowoc.

Three brothers, a sister, and a half- brother preceded her in death.

Mrs. Glodowski was a member of the Third Order of St. Francis, St. Peter's Rosary Society and the Catholic Women's Club.

The Third Order said the rosary at the funeral home this afternoon. Tonight at 7:30 the Rosary Society will say the rosary. At 8, a general rosary will be said, and at 8:30 the rosary will be recited by the Catholic Women's Club and the Catholic Daughters of America. A daughter, Mrs. Cooper, is a member of the CDA.
